PAGASA NG MASANG PINOY FOUNDATION, INC. ( PMPFI) Vision and Mission- seeks to pursue its mission to provide micro credit services to each members. It aims to empower the enterprising poor by helping them access credit for their income generating activity, helping increase family income that will eventually improve the economic conditions of their families and finally become social investors in community development. PMPFI also aims to create employment for the community and/or locality supporting the micro project to the members and job placement in the company.

PAGASA NG MASANG PINOY FOUNDTION,INC. ( PMPFI) is a duly organized and existing corporation under the laws of the Philippines in microfinance industry established on August 2007. PMPFI caters to low-income or economically poor Filipinos through microfinance program, pattern after the world’s leader and very well-known and renowned ASA Methodology.

PMPFI, envisioned serving more micro-entrepreneur in the country by expanding its operations in 2016 by opening branches in Bulacan, Pampanga, Nueva Ecija, Nueva Viscaya and Isabela particularly in the countryside areas and aim to increase borrowers by the end of 2016 through the following company key strategies;
Efficient fund utilization and effective internal control
External linkaging for resource or fund generation

Cost effectiveness for sustainability and continuous staff development
Experienced senior management  in the field of microfinance
Loan organizational structure and standardized product and services and scalability in the operations

Capacity Building of Group Leaders
Skill Based Training and Small Enterprise Development.

Provide an avenue and opportunity for the entrepreneurial poor to have access to financial services to improve their economic condition.

Goals
To provide sustainable financial services to the entrepreneurial poor, enhance their enterprises thereby making them economically self-reliant.
Objectives

To provide small loans to entrepreneurial poor clients
To provide an opportunity to accumulate alternative capital for the enterprises
To create employment opportunities to the clients by encouraging them to engage and/or enhance their existing enterprises.
Services

A. MICRO-CREDIT SERVICES- PMPFI currently offers Small General Business Loan and Small Entrepreneur loans. All of these loans have 15% interest for six (6) months terms. Loans ranging from the initial P4,000.00 graduating to P100,000 based on the capacity to pay of the borrowers.

B. CAPITAL BUILD UP (CBU) MOBILIZATION- members are encouraged to deposit their weekly loan collateral amounting to Ph50. The purpose of these weekly deposits is for loan collaterals.CBU can be withdrawn anytime with a ten percent (10%) maintaining balance if there is an outstanding loan.

C. MICRO ENTERPRISE MANAGEMENT TRAININGS- The Micro-Entreprise Management Training have two components:
a.) Core Seminars – include basic Financial literacy, Disaster Risk Reduction Seminar, Micro-Business Planning, Simplified Bookkeeping and Accounting and Personal Financial Management,
b.) The Elective Seminars will be based on the results of training need assessment. This may include the following seminars, Inventory Management Seminar, Marketing Management Seminars ,Barefoot MBA, etc.

D. GROUP SOLIDARITY AND SOCIAL DEVELOPMENT- designed to strengthen the Group life and Social maturity of the members.

E. TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE /TRAINING AND CONSULTANCY  Provides trainings to other MFI’s for staff enhancements, effective microfinance operations as well as propagating the ASA Methodology.
