For Employed:

• 1 copy of valid ID.
• 1 copy of company ID.
• Proof of Billing
• Fully signed Application Form
• Checking account

For Business Owners:

• 1 copy of valid ID.
• Proof of Billing
• Fully signed Application Form
• Checking account

CHECKING ACCOUNT

Two kinds of loan terms Wallet Remedy Offered

Short term

A fixed amount of 10,000php with 20% interest to be payed in 6 consecutive paydays or 3months.

Sample computation:

*10,000php + 20% interest = 12,000php

**12,000php / 6consecutive paydays = 2000php (Payment amount every payday) OR

***12,000php / 3months = 4000php (Monthly due for the next 3months)

Long term

A fixed amount of 10,000php with 7% monthly interest to be payed in 6months to 12months.

Sample computation:

*If 6months to pay 10,000php + 7% monthly interest = 700php (This is the amount to be added per month)

10,000php / 6months = 1,666.66php 1,666.66php + 700 = 2,366.66php (Monthly due for the next 6months)

**If 9months to pay 10,000php + 7% monthly interest = 700php (This is the amount to be added per month) 10,000php / 9months = 1,111.11php 1,111.11php + 700 = 1,811.11php (Monthly due for the next 9months)
