Cashalo -Iwasang Magkamali Upang Hindi Ka Mag-apply Uli

Isa sa mga dapat tandaan at pagka-iingatan kapag nag-apply kayo ng loan sa Cashalo. Baka matulad kayo sa isang client na nagka-abirya sa kanyang loan disbursement dahil sa maling account na naibigay sa system nila. No other option to re-correct except to reverse their approval decision at mag-apply uli.

Napakahirap sa Cashalo dahil hindi kayo makaka-edit ng inyong profile kung sakaling magkamali kayo sa lain mang entry during sa inyong loan application. Kaya mag-ingat, hindi maganda ang system ni Cashalo unlike sa iba.

Has anyone here tried to change the bank details in Cashalo? My first loan was failed to disbursed because the bank account I registered rejected to accept the money that Cashalo deposited. I just a received a call from Security Bank ( My payroll account) that they will not accept the money because the account I' ve been using with cashalo was intented for Payroll purpose only.

I emailed my request to cashalo but unfortunately the customer support replied thay they are unable to change the details as their credit investigation team has the right to change it. They suggested to wait for my loan to be tagged as a failed disbursement and reapply again, that's the time that their CI team will call me for verification and ask the CI to change my bank details.

So, I checked the app, I saw that it was tagged as failed already and tried ro reapply but still it proceeds to promisory note with the accept button. I'm worried that it will still be processed in my Security Bank account.

I just want to confirm if someone already experienced this?

Does the CI will call you once you reapply even you click the accept button in the promisory note?
