2. Fill up all required information and submit necessary documents

If you want to apply a Student loan, choose Students to proceed.

Step 1 - Identifications

a. Choose your Government issued ID, like SSS, TIN, UMID, etc...

Enter your ID number...

b. Upload front side of your ID. Pwede gamitin ang iyong cellphone camera or ang naka-save na sa iyong gallery.

Note: Make sure you read ID Photo Guidelines

c. UPLOAD back side of your government issued ID.


d. Upload Selfie with ID -kailangan malinaw ang pagkakuha ng inyong selfie na hawak ang inyong valid ID, siguraduhing nababasa kung ano ang nakasulat sa ID na hinahawakan mo.

Step 2 - Proof of Income

a. Provide your estimated income or your monthly salary



b. Upload front side picture of your Latest Payslip.

Step 3 - Company ID

a. Upload a front side picture of  your Company ID

b. Upload back side picture of your company ID

Step 4 - Company Information

Provide the following information
a. Company Name
b. Company Complete  Address
c. Company Landline Contact Number
d. Years of service in the company
e. Your Job Title

Step 5 - Personal Information

Provide the following information
a. First Name
b. Middle Name
c. Last Name
d. Gender
e. Civil Status
f. Mobile Number
g. Email Address
h. Birthday

i. Current Address
j. Permanent Address

Step 6 - Contact Information

Provide the following contact information:

a.  Your father's fullname and  contact number.

b. Your mother's fullname and contact number.

c. Your Superior's Name and contact number

d. Your Colleague's full name and contact number

Step 7 - Bank Information

For Bank information provide the following

a. Your Bank Name

b. Your bank account number

c. Your Bank Branch Name

d. Your Bank Account name

Answer the 2  questions

1. DO you have an existing loan? Yes or No

2. Do you have a credit card? Yes or No

If your answer is YES for No. 2, UPLOAD front side of your credit card.

Then, finally click SUBMIT.

Your loan application is now under review. Please wait for futher notice and instruction.
